REAL NAME: SHIGERU MATSUZAKI( coz of his TANNNED skin,he's known as SHIGERU BROWN!-OMG, カワイイ～～～～）
thenthen, the reason he's so TANNED is coz of the fact that he frequently visits hawaii! :D
since the name stuck, now he goes to tanning beds to like maintain his tan :D
