YESTERDAY WAS QUITE FUN... :D
AHS GOT SECOND in the community quiz thingy... YAY!
Congrats to Corny,Fariz,KAi Yi and Pei Xian-er! :)
Thenafter that we went to E!HUB for bowling.BUT had to be put on waiting list which has 31 people...zzz.
So.We took bus to Tampines Safra.
But we overshot one stop and had to walk all the way from Changi General Hospital to T.S. hehehehehehe.
SUCH A LOOONG JOURNEY.
Met with ahbubu at the entrance of T.S.
THEN, all four of us go bowling! (after some how persuading the nice nice staff there to rent us a lane) :)
Got O straight for the first 4 rounds.
BUT at the fifth round, I got 1 pin down! YAY!
Deb deb was good ( as usual) with her spares, and yixiu was unbelievably good too. :)
NOOBubu was SUPER tyco, with 2 STRIKES IN A ROW and 1 SPARE after that... =.=" OMG.
First game,DEB got highest.
Second game, noobubu got highest.zzzz.
After that, we all went home..
Took bus 17.Double decker.
Sat on the first level,the seats that were facing each other.
And guess what?
I got stuck in a bus accident.
YEAH,seriously.not lying.
The bus was like going straight down after the stop near Changi General Hospital..
Then.
BRAKE.HARDER BRAKE.LOUD SCREECHING.
BANG.
Horrible.
And I was like practically leaning on the aunty beside me coz there were no seat belts.
Tilted my head near the window,saw a silver car "connected" to the front side of the bus.
The bus doors were not open.
Lots of people were climbing out of their seats and gathered at the front.
Except for non-KPo people like me and some others who just sat there.
One aunty was saying,"Luckily got no passengers in the car..."
Saw an ambulance arriving soon after.
How convenient for the accident to happen in the middle of a cross-junction, less than 1 km from Changi General Hospital.
Then after that, we were told to alight.
I was the only one person in school uniform. =.="
Wanted to take a picture of the car but my phone ran out of battery.
CRAP.
Saw the car plate number of the car though.
9989. Merc or toyota,I forgot.
Crossed the zebra croosing(near the condo) and walked to the next bus stop.
There, some passengers were saying that it was the car's fault and everything.
The bus driver went to explained the situation to some of the adults who were standing.
Funny how he didn't approach me and ask if I was okay.
Maybe it was because I looked calm. But actually, I was FREAKED OUT.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Took bus 9 to tanah merah mrt station instead.
On ya,and we didn't need to scan our card for that trip,a refund I guess.
Some teenagers,17/18?, that were seating near me in Bus 9 actually took a video of the whole thing.I saw,out of the corner of my eye.
SO WENT BACK HOME STRAIGHT ATER THIS SCARY INCIDENT.
And was still freaked out.
BOOHOO.
Now I have a phobia for cross junctions and number 17 buses.
AH hahaha. Just kidding.
BUUT it was still scary.
I could have DIED back there.
Thank goodness no one was injured.
As the saying goes, da nan bu si,bi you hou fu.
Hopefully,it applies to me. :)
Wondering why the news did not report it in the newspapertoday..
